Contemporary manuscript rubrics on final leaf recto. Apparently unrecorded proposal for reforming the state constitution in Zacatecas put forward at the end 1827 and printed in 1828. Proposals are included for a variety of reforms from reorganization of geographic departments in the state to new articles that attempt to curb the potential power of the army and state militia. Printing was still spotty in Zacatecas during the 1820s; other than newspaper issues OCLC locates only two other imprints produced the same year as the present work which does not appear in their records.
