The two prose pieces he wrote for this edition are partnered with two of his collages created from paper he produced with the help of Susan Gosin at Dieu Donné Papermill. Meredith Walker cut and assembled the collages for the edition. The type was designed and set by Russell Maret. The text set in 13 point Strand Serif was letterpress printed by Peter Krunty.
