1982McClatchy-445Atheneum New York 1982 A near-fine copy. This book came from the library of poet and literary critic J.D. McClatchy from his estate in Stonington Connecticut. Note: Very light fading and crease on spine and a light crease on front cover as pictured. McClatchy left some dog-earing and ink marks in the text. This copy has been warmly inscribed by Strand on the half-title page as pictured. Strand also signed the title page playfully correcting the author's Anglicized first name and his own name probably as a nod to Spanish diction as pictured. Inscribed by Authors. 1st Edition.
