One internal plain card fold-in flap in portfolio torn portfolio paper covering perhaps naturally a bit frayed with a couple small chips; the prints are in fine state. A scarce early portfolio of Shields's work limited to ten copies with each print signed and dated on the verso by the artist. Shields 1944 - 2006 was widely known for his colorful prints and collages which often involve multiple processes such as stitching dyeing application of fabrics or other materials and screen-printing.
