It states that New Hampshire's election schedule for state offices results in terms for New Hampshire's U.S. Senators that are three months shorter than those of other senators. It questions how to adjust the election cycle to guarantee 6-year terms to New Hampshire's senators which were then elected by the state senate. Signed in type by C. Doe Wm. L. Foster C.W. In this regard, the Ottoman asylums, the practices in these asylums, daily life of insanes in the Ottoman society, the status of criminal insanes and their sensations, the Ottoman psychiatrists and their studies have been analyzed.

MICHAEL CHERNIAVSKY'S COPY WITH HIS SIGNED INSCRIPTION (Oxford, 1940) ON FRONT FREE ENDPAPER. Michael Theodore Cherniavsky (1920-1992) was a renowned and long-serving (1948-1966) master of history at Christ's Hospital School and subsequently Professor of History at the University of Waterloo, Ontario from 1967 to 1983. Educated at Westminster, he was appointed Brackenbury Scholar at Balliol College, Oxford during which period he acquired this copy. A very scarce work, and a bright example of the Balliol binding armorial.
