One is certified as a "true copy from the record book Cherokee page 277" by the Surveror-General P. M. Compton. The other is certified as a "true copy from Register of Grants in this Office" by the Secretary of State of Georgia Barne and still retains the red seal of his office. This basically a collection of pay vouchers for park keepers in 1839 in NYC. The payments were for work done in Washington Square Thompkins Square and Battery Park.
