Ce dernier avait semble-t-il assigné à comparaître le procureur postulant. Le document est signé Rattier, probablement la personne qui l'a copié. La famille de Boucheron est une famille de Maymac dont on trouve diverses traces : un curé, Léger de Boucheron, Jacques et Charles, avocats, etc. Charles de Boucheron est aussi connu pour le procès qu'il fit contre l'abbaye de Maymac entre 1727 et 1753.
