Apparently a rare book with no copies of this currently available and Worldcat listing but one copy. I did find one copy in a dealer catalog from 2016. This a nice copy with a trace of rubbing a touch of shelf wear a tiny number in pencil on the front endpaper and the last several leaves with a slight corner bump.Possibly read once.
