Contumelie, quindi, che sono anche lazzi, sberleffi, motti buffoneschi e sguaiati, frizzi mordaci e folgoranti, sillabe scoppiettanti come petardi, innesti semantici al limite dell'assurdo: tutto ciò, e altro ancora, è l'offesa a Napoli, che anche quando appare impietosa e crudele, contiene sempre l'implicito messaggio "Ce l'ho con te ma, nel comunicartelo, mi voglio, ti voglio, divertire".
