Signed by publisher Rollin Milroy his signature printed and his two primary collaborators Claudia Cohen and Barbara Hodgson the latter of whom has "randomly" embellished and annotated the material. <p>Quarto 67 pp. sample leaves. Printed in Perpetua type on dampened Guarro laid paper. Bound in publisher's stenciled green and bronze paper-covered boards over art vellum spine titled in black. Together with 7 gray card folders containing prints and samples from various collaborators "Dramatis Personae" sheet colophon position proof and publisher's prospectus. In a black cloth traycase made by Cohen gold and green bronze-lettered paper label to spine. Some of the smaller samples in the misc. folder have stuck to the folder's interior adhesive; else Fine.
