On trouve aussi un ensemble de procès-verbaux, d'arrêts et de rapports concernant le régime de santé, les instructions morales et religieuses, la police judiciaire et administrative des prisons. On peut citer comme rapporteurs: le duc de La Rochefoucauld, Pariset, Bigot de Préameneu, le comte de La Borde, Try, Jacquinot de Pampelune, et le marquis de Barbé-Marbois. Oeuvrant sur un plan national, la Société royale a notamment généralisé les commissions de surveillance dans les maisons d'arrêt.
