In particolare, la prima parte dell'elaborato è dedicata all'analisi della sospensione del processo esecutivo, che viene analizzata, dapprima, da un punto di vista generale e, poi, più nello specifico, prendendo in considerazione i presupposti (artt. 623-624 bis c.p.c.) e la disciplina della sospensione del processo esecutivo (artt. 625 e ss.). In-8, demi-cuir de Russie acajou, dos lisse orné de filets dorés, titre doré, tranches mouchetées, (4), 452 p. Edition originale. Le journaliste Victor Noir fut assassiné dans des circonstances mystérieuses au domicile du prince Pierre Bonaparte, alors qu'il était venu lui demander réparation pour un article jugé offensant. La Haute Cour de justice, seule habilitée à juger un prince de la famille de l’Empereur, se réunit à Tours le 21 mars 1870 et entendit les avocats de la partie civile évoquer les tristes antécédents de l’accusé, qui n’en fut pas moins acquitté, mais condamné aux dépens et à verser une pension aux parents de Victor Noir. Cette affaire et l'acquittement du prince soulevèrent l'opinion et donnèrent lieu à d'immenses manifestations contre le régime. Importante auréole qui s'entend sur la partie inférieure du volume, et une autre sur la partie supérieure d'un quart de l'ouvrage. Rousseurs éparses. Bien relié.
