Segue una parte su Maria Ss.ma del Sudore (Memorie, Storia dell'immagine, traslazione del quadro, ricordi del Prodigio, Gran Miracolo, Incoronazione dell'Immagine ecc..) Alla fine Sacra Novena, Preghiere per l'avvento del gran miracolo. Due planches all'interno mostrano immagini della Madonna. Antiche note manoscritte al frontespizio.
