Un gruppo di persone guarda in direzione del fotografo. L'albergo fu inaugurato nel 1934 per volonta' di Agostino Raffo che lo fece costruire sfidando le difficolta' dovute all'insolita collocazione e alla mancanza di una via d'accesso poi fatta costruire per arrivare all'albergo. La foto mostra la spianata con il solo albergo prima della costruzione successiva delle ville attigue.

Die historische und überaus bürgerliche Einladungskarte aus dem Jahr 1885 gab die Hochzeit der Familien Hennig und Schulze bekannt. Polterabend und festliches Mittagsmahl nach der Trauung sollten am 26. März 1885 im Hotel de Brandebourg (Charlottenstraße 59) stattfinden. Nur ein Jahr später - im Sommer 1886 - wurde das alte Gebäude (von 1781) abgerissen und durch einen Neubau der wilhelminischen Zeit ersetzt. Sehr seltenes Relikt aus dem bürgerlichen Berlin und Preussen in der Zeit vor 1900!
