Prima pubblicazione dell’organo dell’omonimo movimento che continua le sue attività ancora oggi. «Nel momento in cui le condizioni di vita e di lavoro della classe operaia e delle masse popolari sono soggette ad uno degli attacchi più pesanti del dopoguerra da parte del capitale, dalla crisi politica ed istituzionale emerge l’esigenza di una definizione e di una gestione diversa, anticapitalistica e proletaria delle soluzioni a tanti problemi, tra cui quello della salute. L’attacco alla salute delle masse come momento per battere la classe operaia rientra nel più vasto disegno della borghesia, che è quello di distruggere politicamente il proletariato e i suoi livelli di organizzazione in fabbrica e nel territorio» (dalla copertina).
