Printing flaw to head with excess ink some slight fraying to linen backing otherwise fairly bright and clean. Screen print of a French riot policeman probably from the CRS - Compagnies Republicaines de Securite with the text beneath which roughly translates as 'For violence hate and repression - party of fear'.
