The Foreward is by Richard Washburn Child 1881-1935 former Ambassador to Italy who was on Mussolini's payroll and probably is the true author. Bright green cloth binding with gilt lettering and the fasces on the front panel. Bright and clean text; 318 pages indexed. Tiny "ding" on edge of spine; top edge a bit dusty; The front hinge has been reinforced with a linen tape. No dustjacket. In an archival plastic protector.
