Ferriss who died in 1962 was enormously influential to a generation of fellow artists and architects and is said to have been the chief influence of artist Bob Kane when he designed the foreboding skyline of Batman's Gotham City. A handsome near fine copy in good dustwrapper. Wrapper has a long irregular closed tear to the front panel but it still presents quite well. This copy has been INSCRIBED by Ferriss and dated in 1955.
