In 12° (16,5x10 cm); 95, (3) pp. e una grande c. di tav. più volte ripiegata con la grande facciata del negozio allora localizzato al numero 1 di via Altabella a Bologna. Tagli rossi. Bella ed elegante legatura editoriale in piena tela verde con stemma, nome della ditta e "Bologna" scritti in bella scrittura in stile Art Nouveau. Prima edizione, da non confondersi con la seconda stampata nel 1926 e che non presentava la grande tavola più volte ripiegata. Esemplare in ottime condizioni di conservazione. All'interno, nella numerazione, altre 12 pagine con fotografie a piena pagina, degli interni ed esterni delle altre strutture di proprietà della ditta poste in via Altabella, in V. San Vitale, fuori Porta San Vitale. Numerose tavole nel testo che riproducono i prodotti della ditta. La Ferramenta e magazzino Riguzzi fu una delle principali attività commerciali legate al mondo delle ferramenta e della vendita di materiali metallici a Bologna, a cavallo del novecento, tanto che il 90% degli artigiani bolognesi si serviva presso i suoi magazzini. Raro e rarissimo in queste ottime condizioni di conservazione.
