Album leporello con apertura a fisarmonica costituito da 32 facciate (ciascuna cm 22,5 x 29,). Al solo recto vi sono 16 grandi tavole illustrate a colori applicate su carta con vari modelli di costumi da mare femminili (in due tavole compaiono anche due modelli maschili), con breve descrizione delle caratteristiche tecniche. L'album si chiude con un'aletta sulla quale sono stampati il logo della Jantzen, la nuotatrice che si tuffa, la data del catalogo e il nome della ditta. Le illustrazioni sono di Franco Mosca. Bello spaccato della moda mare dei primi anni Cinquanta. La Jantzen fu la prima casa a lanciare il "due pezzi": nel 1939 creo' infatti il due pezzi formato da un reggiseno e da un pantaloncino che lasciava scoperto l'ombelico arrivando sotto l'anca.

Im Heft 4 fehlt die S. 5/6, S. 35/36 hat mittig einen Ausschnitt, S. 67/68 ist lose. Heft 5 mit mittigem Ausschnitt im hinteren Deckel. Heft 6 mit einem Aussschnitt (12 x 9 cm) im Deckeltitel und einem ähnlichen Ausschnitt auf S. 5/6. Im Heft 7 fehlt die S. 3/4 fast vollständig. Bei Heft 10 fehlen der Deckeltitel und S. 15/16. Heft 14 mit Einriss auf S. 57/58 unten. Heft 18 mit kleinem Ausschnitt in S. 39/40. Heft 23 mit jeweils größerem Ausriss (ca. 1/3 der Seite) an den Seiten 9/10, 11/12 und 45/46 und 1 Blatt mit hinterlegtem Einriß. S. 29/30 und 31/32 fehlen. Im Heft 24 fehlen die Seiten 25-28.
