At the age of 25 Myra started her own advertising business in Terre Haute Indiana which was later purchased by Draper Daniels. She was a longtime collaborator of Draper's and together the couple achieved amazing success in the world of advertising in the mid-20th Century. In retirement Myra founded the Naples Philharmonic Center and created a world class art museum which she led for over 20 years.
