Signed in English and with the Chinese characters for his name. Not inscribed, just signed and dated. Illustrated throughout with Dong Lin's black & white photographs of street people in San Francisco and New York from the early 1990's. Introduction by Orville Schell. 10" high X 11" wide. A clean, unmarked book with a tight binding. Full gray cloth boards are a bit worn at edges. Rockwell Kent torchbearer design on endpapers and cover.
