Eight facsimile reproductions in color. "The orignials of these pictures are painted on paper and silk in the water-colour technique customary only in China. They form part of The Lin Shih-Lu Collection at Foochow and are reproduced with the permission of their owner all except No. 8 appearing for the first time. The Chinse title was written by Professor Lin Chun: 'From the Shih-Lu Collection.' The red stamp on the third page is the stamp of the Lin family of Foochow: 'The Descendants of The Yin House.'
