Bonnell / Taxidermist White House Station N.J. asking for a moose foot and a price list; 2 U.S. Pheasantry Poughkeepsie N.Y offering six blue quail Ring Neck cocks and silver pheasants; 3 H.C. Batcheller & Co. / Furriers Gloversville N.Y. offering the services of a newly hired German "expert Taxidermist skin dresser"; 4 Omaha Robe and Tanning Co. / Tanners Furriers and Dyers South Omaha NB explaining their need of "some small scalps for small elk heads and deer"; 5 James P. Babbitt / Wholesale and Retail Dealer in Taxidermists' Supplies of All Kinds Taunton MA forwarding payment for a recent shipment; 6 P.O. Fryklund / Taxidermist Badger MN sending news that he is out of "extra scalps for deer" and offering the name of a possible supplier; and 7 Edwin Dixon / Expert Taxidermist Unionville Ontario replying to a claim for damaged goods suggesting that Lesser's complaint would be with the express company that handled the shipment. The Lessers advertised regularly in "Hunter Trader and Trapper" "Forest and Stream" and "Fur Fish and Game" through the 1910s. Some wear but a very good lot.
