La Gazette reproduit une requête des planteurs de sucre, propriétaire et négocians présenté au Roi le 16 décembre « au commencement de la malheureuse division entre ce Royaume & les Colonies de l'Amérique septentrionale, les Requerans, (…) représentèrent aux Ministres de V.
