Invloedrijk elektrotechnisch bedrijf gevestigd in Hengelo Overijssel. Opgericht in 1908 voor de productie van elektromotoren transormatoren schakelapparatuur generatoren en telefooncentrales. Onder meer C.J. van dern Berg en H.J. Rozendaal waren de oprichters. Heemaf fuseerde in 1963 met Hazemeyer Smit Slikkerveer en Willem Smit & Co. tot Holec N.V. Later ging het op in grotere combinaties zoals Alstom en delen kwamen bij ABB terecht.
