Patriarch to Burkitt Family of Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. Depicts history of early Vancouver Island, military service, politics and family life from a personal point of view. Hand typed. Handwritten greetings on title page read "To Marjorie and Gerry With Best Wishes", presumably written by the author. A nice clean copy with sound binding. Book
