Folio 17" x 11" <br/><br/>This menu from the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco is the room service dinner menu which includes a slip of "Dinner Specialties" with dishes of "Slice of Roast Corn-Fed Sirloin" and "Rack of Tender Spring Lamb".
