Within the scope of architectural drawing, the ties that bind Michelangelo, Bernardo Buontalenti and Guarino Guarini are primarily structural. Those same ties prompt the need to reread some of Michelangelo?s drawings, to reformulate Buontalenti?s artistic development in light of the influence of Michelangelesque architectural documents in his possession; and, furthermore, to innovatively introduce, within the framework of studies on Guarini, the research on the relationship, never before established, between Teatino and Florence. 438 gr. viii-148 p.
