Merrill chromolithograph illustrations of this beautifully rendered classic epic poem loosely based on the legends and ethnography of the Ojibwe Indians. Each chromolithograph is mounted on white paper stock and professionally sealed in clear plastic and ready to sell a very few are not sealed in plastic but all are still in fine condition. The chromos are so fine that possibly they were made with some modern process using original 19thc images but we cannot tell for sure. Perfect for sale at a stationary or book store. Pictures of birds dogs cats flowers soldiers children people in exotic costumes and so on.
