Interior is relatively clean with light foxing and toning some edge wear to individual sheets and general soiling to the edges of the book block. Good Condition.<br /> <br /> Wonderful survivor of the Monroe County Michigan Atlas published in 1876 by F.W. Beers. Typical of the period this atlas is filled with hand-colored maps and many illustrations of many important businesses and residences. Despite the somewhat funky pagination sometimes blank pages are counted as a page sometimes not the atlas appears to be complete. 42 hand-colored plat maps on 33 sheets plus 101 views of homes farms businesses and churches.
