Book is in excellent condition in nearly every respect: sraight, very tight, solid binding, with sharp corners, text/interior is clean and free of marking of any kind. Strangely, however, the "Big Pictures" portion of the title on the cover has been very neatly blacked out under a perfeclty cut rectangle of black paper, glued down. Odd. The only other flaw is the lower corner of the cover is chipped, otherwise very clean inside and out. A collection of articles by different authors on the subject. This is a very good hardcover copy in the original publisher's light yellow cloth decorated and printed in blue. Completely clean inside and out. This copy recently released from a design school library and bearing one bookplate (denoting it as a gift from a patron) inside the front cover. No other marks, stamps or pockets, etc. Still one of the best surveys of early 20th century Swedish modernist design, a classic in its field. Large folio, 207 black & white plates, including 11 color plates, many with several objects displayed. This survey covers furniture, glassware, ceramics, lighting designs, textiles, graphic design and more. 13" high X 10" wide, 30 text pages + plates.
