Cooper of famous contemporary actors and dancers including Sarah Siddons as Lady Macbeth Edmund Kean as Richard III Samuel Simmonds as Baron Munchausen dancers Lisa Noblet Felicite Hullin and Etienne Le Blond opera singer Giuseppe de Begnis and Henry Gattie Maria Theresa Bland Sarah Booth Frances Copeland and Charles Young. John Shore 1st Baron Teignmouth 1751-1834 was an official of the East India Co. and served as Governor General of Bengal from 1793 to 1797; the following year he was created Baron Teignmouth. He was also the first president of the British and Foreign Bible Society.
