The author and illustrator both signed the second end paper. The pages are clean with no soiling writing or tears. The copyright page shows 1930 as the published date. The black slipcase shows just a hint of edgewear and some light soiling. The covers are clean and in great shape. This old book with slipcase looks and feels great!
