The shooter is revealed to have a bottle of nitroglycerine and plans to take out the whole building at 5:30 am on July 16th to commemorate the occasion of the first atomic bomb test leaving the police in a race against time to figure out how to defuse the situation. <br /> <br /> Set in New York City. <br /> <br /> White titled wrappers.
