XLIV+271 pages [not including 12 unpaginated calendar pages]. Marbled quarter-cloth Hardcover. Cover and spine yellowing/faded, worn and peeling. Cover edges and corners bumped and worn/peeling. Spine edges bumped and worn. Sticker residues on spine. Wormholes near spine, extending to calendar and advertisement pages - NO damage to text. Two smaller holes extend throughout most of the book - NO damage to text. Ex library sticker, stamp and pen inscriptions on endpaper and title page. Binding loose and partly split between pages II-III and 320-321. Pen marks on index page and pages 81-105, 155-156. Pages yellowing, slightly age-stained and wavy. [SUMMARY]: This wonderful example of the vivid Jewish life in 19th-century Vienna is in good reading condition.
