Her 'Saadhanaa-bhumi' the land where she lives and does her Saadhanaa is Rishikesh nestling in the Himalayan foothills As one reads. one cannot help being attracted by the writer's insight into Indian spirituality and her inner vision of Yogic principles such as Satya Truth Santosh contentment Ahimsa Non-violence Sauch Purity Tapas Austerity Svaadhyaaya Self-study a vision which inspires and brings to flower these poems. The key-note is Bhakti Devotion as is but natural in the land of Andal and Meera. For Indian Christians such works have a great importance.' From the introduction by Nandlal Pathak.
