Gihon. This appears to be => the first U.S. edition and is now uncommon.<br>Â Â Â Â Provenance: Front free endpaper with pencilled inscription reading "Presented to Asa S. Crofoot / By his Uncle / 1851. Publisher's dark blue textured clothcovered limp wrappers covers stamped in blind front cover with gilt-stamped title; lightly rubbed overall most at spine.
