Handwritten Document for property on the South Side of Vine Street from the "Ministers Vestrymen and Church Wardens of the German Lutheran Congregation of Philadelphia to John Beutel Distiller. Lot was 38 x 100 feet. Rent was to be $76 yearly for a term of 15 years. Beutel was to surround the property with a good fence and if he dug a "necessary" well it was to be walled up with brick and conform to city regulations as to depth. Single sheet.
