Die Einbandzeichnung schuf Wolfgang Bender nach dem Handeinband des Leipziger Buchbinders Adolar Baldershain eines Zeitgenossen Martin Luthers. Der Einband entstand in den Werkstätten der Buchbinderei H. Fikentscher in Leipzig - unknown
