A nice assortment of local news "Miss Dulcia Baker is confined to the house with chicken pox" jokes fake ads and Fourth of July preparations. THE EVENING BLAT: One heavy cardstock leaf folded into 4 pages approx. 11-by-14 inches. This one entirely handwritten and illustrated no clippings with wonderfully executed lettering and drawings. An heartily charming collection clearly made in good fun -- abundant in silliness cleverness and humor.
