This is quarter-bound with brown leather spine but without leather corners. There Is a charming medallion Imprint of a leaping horse adorning the front buckram board. The boards are clean with very slight staining quite minor. The interior of the book is in excellent condition. The high-quality paper has lightly toned to a creamy ivory. At the back is a beautiful pull-out chart of the course. This book comes in a slipcase which is sound but a bit worn. Adding to the beauty of the book the top of the textblock is gilded.
