Second edition "With many additions and Emendations which the Author has found necessary in his long Course of teaching Hebrew." Hand-sewn half leather over marbled paper-covered boards. Paper on front board is attached at the leather leam but nearly completely detached from from the board and a great deal is missing and all is faded and worn. The paper on the rear board is mostly present but badly worn and faded with significant chips and missing spots. Binding is very tight. Front free end paper has a large chip. Ink inscription on front paste down: "John Folcy His Book 1758." and another owner's name on first free end paper. The text block is very good with remarkably little soiling and foxing.
