19852861<p>A nice copy of the 1985 and thus second edition of Regardie's massive and significant work on contemporary magic and esoterica. Regardie was a well known occultist described as "one of the most important figures in the twentieth-century development of the Western Esoteric Tradition". This is the 2nd ed 1985 and thus has the printed 'signature' and words from Regardie on title page see photos. Pages re very good with no inscriptions markings or notes. Just a little foxing to top and fore edges but pages themselves very clear and nice. Binding tight. Unclipped DJ has a few creases and an enclosed minor tear or two a small segment missing at top front and top spine see photos but overall very nice. Spine has small original sticker from Thorsens the original distributor possibly removable but left in situ currently and the US price on a small sticker on reverse. Frontispiece portraits and the wonderful 8 colour plates are intact clean and bright. Volumes included comprise: The Magical Alphabet; The Importance of Divination; The Core of the Tradition; Basic Techniques; Magic Fundamentals; Outer Order Rituals and Commentaries; Rituals of the R.R. NCLI also aimed to strengthen ties between American and Israeli labor sectors and promote public support for Labor Israel.
