No marks or inscriptions. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards, dusty page edges and bumping to upper corners. Dust jacket not price clipped or marked with sunning to spine and creasing and small tears to corners. 400pp. The well-known travel writer, follows his interest in the early history of the Christian faith and describes a journey from the Euphrates to the Nile and on to the Tiber. The Egypt described here differs from the well-known Egypt of the Pharaohs but is the little-known Egypt of St Mark.
