The communication has a green paper covers and a single staple at the top left corner. The communication is in Very Good- condition overall. The front cover has several long tears wear and one circular chip to the front foredge. The rear cover is clean and bright and the text pages are generally clean copied photocopy mimeo etc - style pages. Under the cover letters is an article by Marilyn W. Hoskins called Building Rapport with the Vietnamese and was used to help members of the Air Force " it is necessary that all assigned personnel familiarize themselves with Vietnamese customs and cultural backgrounds" and also "to advise and assist the Vietnamese Air Force in it's effort towards Self-Sufficiency" from the top cover letter. .
