No dust jacket. Hardcover. Includes 60 illustrations and map. Penned dedication on front endpaper. Boards are faded around edges, with one or two very small surface marks. Spine is very faded, with one or two light stains. Both sides of spine head are torn, and both spine ends are worn and damaged. Leading corners are very bent. Pages are rough-cut. Small tear to upper edge of front endpaper. Pages are lightly foxed throughout. Leading edges of two or three pages near end of book (these pages are unnumbered) are damaged.
