Carr Church-Alley on final page of text thus indicating this edition to have been printed in Philadelphia most likely in the first decade of the 19th century Carr is listed as a printer at 19 and 10 Church Alley in the 1808 Philadelphia City Directory and other of his printings located institutionally are dated 1803-10.
