The indexes section at the front is tanning heavily though legible; the remaining sections from Section I onwards have barely any sign of tanning and are very clean. Faded soft leather cover with spine which is scuffed on the lower third. There is a large fold out map bound at the front and I believe another map is missing from a slip also at the front.
