English introduction and text. Grey cloth boards with gold lettering with lightly bumped corners and very slight water marking (?) to upper and lower cover edges causing a piece of the dust jacket to adhere to a small portion of the upper left cover. Dust jacket is in tatters, interior perfect on high quality paper. Three loose prints (8" x 9 1/4) are included: a photo of Lenin in Paris 1910, a pen & ink depiction of Lenin making a speech from an armored car c.1935, and a Republic of Cuba Poster, 1970 in high-contrast red & black.

'Auto-Emancipation' (Selbstemanzipation) - by Leon Pinsker in which he discussed the origins of antisemitism and argued for Jewish self-rule and the development of a Jewish national consciousness was written in German and first published in 1882. 197x132mm. 46 pages.
